Pomegranate Yogurt Parfait

It's the season for pomegranate yogurt bowls. Don't be scared of these funky fruits!

Prep tip: Fill a large bowl with cool water and place in the sink. Place fruit halves under water and gently break seeds from pod. The juicy bits will sink to the bottom, and the pith will float to the top. No blood bath required.

Layer plain Greek yogurt, 1/4 c plain rolled oats, 1/2 pomegranate seeds. Do nothing more than ENJOY this seasonal treat!!
